But we still have drive by's, bye's, and lots of them listed in the news. Where one or more individuals shoot at a mass of other individuals, in a populated area. But oddly enough they are not considered mass shootings. They are drive by's. Which honestly sounds better than mass shooting. Even thought they are shooting at a mass of people in public/populated area, they are just doing it from a car.
Like I said I don't know about there, but you will not get any real statistics here.

Thus far, the fiend in question looks to be a homeless lunatic.

Chances are, with some serious mental health problems in tow.
The best we can hope for is a whole life order that will warehouse him in jail and keep him off the streets and away from the public.
That might even be a stretch, considering, and luckily, nobody has died yet as a result of the filthy animals' actions.
I certainly hope they throw the book at him, and im inclined to believe they will.
