Woman Found Stabbed To Death In North London House Before It Was Blown Up

"A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a woman was found fatally stabbed inside a house after a suspected gas explosion in North London.At least 40 firefighters were called to a house in Dumont Road just before 5am today after receiving reports of a gas explosion with a person trapped inside.
A woman, aged 46, was found inside the property with stab wounds but despite efforts from the paramedics, she was declared dead at the scene.
Two children, aged 9 and 7, have also been taken to hospital as a precaution but are not believed to have been inside the property at the time of the gas explosion."

Well, that's a rather nasty one, glad they have apprehended the murderer all the same, but you have to wonder what the hell goes through their head and makes people do things like this?

Aside from obviously trying to cover up the evidence and crime of course.

All that work to try and hide some stab wounds. Criminals are so stupid when they don't realize forensics can catch them, esp when they are so thoughtless and sloppy. There was probably a way out of his situation without murdering someone. No imagination, no thoughtful planning, most criminals are so lame with the crimes they try to get away with, its pathetic really.
