Responding officers encountered an escalating situation that quickly turned violent, resulting in at least three officers suffering gunshot wounds.
Two of the injured officers were airlifted to trauma centers for urgent treatment, while additional officers sustained injuries on the ground.

Interesting as similar incidents have taken place in Australia New Zealand and now the US. I always get a bit suspicious as the probabilities are a bit stretched.
