It does seem that Iran isn't being bullied into handing over power to anyone other than another radical.  So they may continue to try and repel America's and Israel attacks.

American may have enough conventual gravity bombs to keep the attacks going almost indefinitely (Hegseth just comment that they're now switching over to these), but Iran's neighbours don't have a endless supply of interceptor missiles.

One of the analysis I read (currently trying to refind it) is Iran is using their lower range/explosive yeild missiles to deplete the rest of ME air defences then mass launch the longer range/higher yeild missiles on a specific area to overwhlem it and cause max loss of civilian life - hopefully they can't pull it off but ME allies are only meant to have enough to last until this weekend at current use rates.

Best case scenario is the Persian Prince and the Professors somehow gain power which seems to be what the Iranian people want but the regime and IRGC have spent the last 20 years honing mosaic warfare skills to ensure the regime persists despite upper leadership and generals being wiped out.

Interesting, detailed and balanced video on Iran's first 'number station' going live for the first time ever (seems to be based in France) - the guy does great videos on number stations/radio breaking and avoids any doomporn by pointing out this could be state funeral related instead of directinng terror attacks in the West.

I'm all for keeping politics out of sport but was still a very moving and incredibly brave display for Iran's female World Cup squad to refuse to sing the regimes national anthem - hopefully they get a heroes welcome instead of public execution the current regime will give them for such a public afront.

You have no idea what Iran would do with nukes, or who they would target in their quest to take over, especially with the regime that would've had control.
