FOX TV News is reporting that the people who got blowed up were government 'counters' who were counting ballots and that the actual clerics being voted on were not mentioned.

Your information says that the 'counters' were clerics ... but not necessarily those in the running to be Ayatollah.

Fox News is now stating that the clarics were killed in that blast during the vote count. They did not say how many though.

But then one reads the Talmud/Torah and, yikes.

I think it was brought up because of the age of that book. The others are translations from a few thousand years ago. Some are plagerized form several thousand years ago. But even the Bible has some passages that don't fit with modern culture. 

In comparison, the ink is bearly dry on those books.

Looking at the current Iran legal standard around the age of sexual consent in Iran, marriage is allowed at 13 years and sex is allowed within marriage. Special concessions can be made to lower the age of marriage if both families and state agree, sounds about 9 is the limit. Can see some benefit is starting a life long relationship at a younger age. Otherwise the age of consent is 13.

Looking at the current Iran legal standard around the age of sexual consent in Israel, sex starts at 14 years if the other partner is within 3 year age gap. Otherwise the age of consent is 16. Is this worth starting a regional war over? The Epstein files get much worst than this, on shaky moral grouns to blow up a schools on day one.
