Do concerts count?  If so, I have too many to mention.

I once met Bob Lanier on vacation in the Bahamas.  I bought him a drink and he was appreciative.  I don't think he cared for my Sixers shirt though, lol.

I met Ray Rhodes at the Philadelphia airport.

I once shared an elevator with Joe Frazier.

I later shared that same elevator with Andy Reid, John Harbaugh, and other members of the Eagles coaching staff.  (Harbaugh was the only one nice enough to say hi).

I had a part time gig at a gym downtown where there were numerous sightings.  Oprah was the only once nice enough to say hello.  Others include Mel Gibson, Jessica Simpson, Justin Timberlake, Troy Aikman and Patrick Ewing.

I used to see Charles Barkley out at the clubs occasionally.

When I young I was Vince Papale's personal assistant for a night.

There may be more but I think that's about it.

ETA:
“Yes, Blue Öyster Cult faced legal issues related to their laser shows, particularly after a concert in 1978 where a laser beam caused injuries to audience members. This incident led to lawsuits and increased scrutiny over the use of lasers in concerts.”

Yes.  I think it was the Spectres tour.  Eric Bloom had a cool wrist laser.

When the claims came in I believe they sold the lasers to Sabbath.

There's a reason you separate military and the police. One fights the enemies of the state, the other serves and protects the people. When the military becomes both, then the enemies of the state tend to become the people. - Commander William Adama

Let's see then...my first concert was Alice Cooper back in '78 or thereabouts.  In no particular order I've seen David Bowie, Rod Stewart, Yes, Genesis, Peter Gabriel, Phil Collins solo (4 rows from the stage), Springsteen, The Who, The Stones, Prince, Earth Wind & Fire, The Eagles (both the band and football team lol), Robert Plant solo, Jackson Brown, Bob Seger, Robert Palmer...the list goes on and on.

Oddly enough, one band I never got to see was Van Halen.

Too many bands to mention....Saw secret gig at the Marquee in London, a very small venue, Little Old Band from Texas.

ZZ Top.  Fab.

Went there a lot.  Standouts were:

Y&T
Twisted Sister
Hanoi Rocks
Marillion.

Speaking of Marillion, I used to go see them when they first started and booked them to play a gig at Uni.

For 50 quid!

Oh, and Dire Straits in a small pub in Gillingham.  Long time ago before they were mega

Come to think of it, that may have been my first "concert" but more of a gig I suppose.

Small venues are great.  @FlyersFan might be familiar with the Tower Theater just outside of Philadelphia.  That's where I saw Phil Collins and Robert Palmer...along with a few other bands.

If you're a Jazz fan, there was a great venue down in University City.  I've been there a few times but the most notable acts were George Duke and Najee.
