FlyersFan, I was invited by some friends.  The house it was annually held at you had to be on the invited list a year prior.   It was a Halloween Party.

My friends put me down as part of the cooking staff, ironically I ended up cooking breakfast the next morning anyway because I couldn’t find any of the friends I went with (One was the actual caterer).  He eventually appeared after breakfast was done lol.  I slept on the floor because a couple stole my room.

There were two directors sleeping in chairs next to me who were quite hilarious.  Quite the experience.  The property had a barn, music played all night, and it was quite beautiful.  I never left the house/barn my friends ended up
Somewhere else on the property.  I literally never saw them again til we left, most people were wearing Halloween costumes so who knows who else I could have met.
In tune

BOC was my first concert too.  Supported by Magnum.

Mother the monster
Sept. 5 marked the one-year anniversary of Agnes Bojaxhiu`s death. Her life was a phenomenon like no other.Millions of people have bought into the myth that she was a benevolent humanitarian. In reality, the neurotic little woman from Yugoslavia, better known as Mother Teresa, was a hideous monster. She was an unprincipled thief who contributed to the world`s suffering in the name of her delusional mysticism. In short, she was a disgusting human and the world is a better place with her absence.

Not such a list
Denis Lille and
The boomerang boy - J O Keefe
Comparatively boring but never really wanted to meet anyone “famous”

I am not here to defend her at all.  She should not have been annointed.

In 2025 I live among some Mormans. One guy is pretty high up. They dont work, live in a $1 million dollar home, have two $80,000 vehicles, boat and are 41 years old.  What  I see is they have groomed their childern as Spotters while the drugs are moved via SUV as another family manufactures the Fentanyl in their garage.  Its then moved overnight across the Cul De Sac. The routine is typical. The kids come out to play and they are always looking around. Then a random vehicle drives up to the home and stops at the curb. Some vehicles are repeats but the system they use is incredibly complex. Many are involved. Then a 2nd vehicle pulls up. The inventory is loaded and both vehicles then leave. I have been seeing this for years. Only one car has the goods. So if a cop starts following the car with the goods, the innocent vehicle will speed off to have the cop chase him and let the invetory get away. Unknowingly. They also use WIFI Blasters and Jammers.

I conacted the FEDS in 2021.

I'd love to pick your brain about the music industry in particular. From what little I've experienced, it's all a bit nauseating. A lot of entertainers are unfortunately really toxic people, and it makes it difficult to navigate the business end. I've learned that no matter how big the name, there's always a real chance of people not wanting to pay you for services rendered. It's probably my fault for trying to do business on a handshake.

Funny you say that…..When I met GnR Duff, Adler and Slash they were cool as hell, partied with them for hours up in Laurel Cyn.  Axel was there too but I didn’t meet him, he was being the most arrogant d#ckhead ever. Everything they say about him is true, toxic dude.

I've met a lot of well known artists in passing, but there's only a small handful I'd say I personally know. A couple I'd genuinely call my friends. For the most part though, it's strictly business, and it's better kept that way. If your goal is to make friends just so you can say you know somebody, you'll likely get taken advantage of.

I had an apartment neighbor that did audio installs and put together the systems, most of his business was rappers and sports stars.  He showed up one day with Mike Tyson. His name was Rodney I believe, maybe you know him?

Wow what a coincidence   I saw them when they still did their laser show, someone sued them over it, blindness I think it was. Is that the show you saw?

ETA:
“Yes, Blue Öyster Cult faced legal issues related to their laser shows, particularly after a concert in 1978 where a laser beam caused injuries to audience members. This incident led to lawsuits and increased scrutiny over the use of lasers in concerts.”
