Here's the press release from the State Department in July of 2017 authorized by Trump's Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, which states, in part:
"...we communicated to the U.S. Congress on July 17 that the United States continues to waive sanctions as required to continue implementing U.S. sanctions-lifting commitments in the JCPOA, and is certifying to Congress that, based on available information, the conditions of Section 135(d)(6) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (AEA), as amended, including as amended by the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015 (Public Law 114-17), enacted on May 22, 2015, are met as of July 17, 2017."

Are they proving with details or just general repeating from one questionable source?

Also, you claimed the articles I posted were wrong without posting anything but your opinion to back up that claim. Now your back to the claim of trying proving a negative??
Better luck next time!!

Again the claim I questioned is enriched uranium was removed while Obama was President, and now another post has shown at least a possibility that might be true (maybe)! We all know what Trump has done to Iran Nuke Sites recently. We need proof not speculation. And I'm not claiming any reports from anywhere are true, I'm AASKING for proof since I can't find any.

In contrast, here's a rebuttal report questioning The IAEA reports from 2017......
Analysis of the IAEA’s Seventh Iran Nuclear Deal Report:
Quote:On August 31, 2017, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) released its seventh report on its verification and monitoring of the Iran nuclear deal in light of United Nations Security Council (UNSC) resolution 2231 (2015). UNSCR 2231 codified into international law the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). The latest IAEA report again states: “Since 16 January 2016 (JCPOA Implementation Day), the Agency has verified and monitored Iran’s implementation of its nuclear-related commitments in accordance with the modalities set out in the JCPOA…” The quarterly report does not report any violations of the JCPOA during this reporting period, although the report is so sparse in details that one cannot conclude that Iran is fully complying with the JCPOA. Moreover, nowhere in the report does the IAEA state that Iran is fully compliant with the JCPOA, and it should not make that judgement in any case. The issue of judging full compliance is rightly the responsibility of the Joint Commission and governments, in particular those in the P5+1. However, this report and its predecessors suffer from a lack of reporting on known compliance controversies and even some violations, albeit minor ones, involving centrifuge research and development.
This IAEA report again omits a considerable amount of important information..............(cont.)
