National guard are not regular army, so i can see that as a loophole, but as a few of you have mentioned, the cops & feds could deal with it, if they really needed to.

First of all, I am not in this country illegally so that is meaningless.
Second, why would I protest him? One of the main reasons I voted for him was to rid this country of criminal illegals.
