Borders never deterred authoritarian figure heads in the past. I don't see that changing with a man that likens himself to those types.

The claim is the report is based on satellite data. The U.S. has the best satellite data and plenty of military spotting. The U.S. knows who and what every ship is. Do we have the actual report? Hard to find for something so "reliable"?  And if some ships are getting through, they'd be trackable at open sea.
