Liberating the Iranians shouldn't be our objective.
It should be THEIR objective.   It's up to them to do it.
If we go in with guns and do it, it'll never work.
They have to forge their own future.   With their own lives.

Other than FOX news blowing sunshine up our butts, I'm not seeing a lot of cheerleading.   I'm seeing people support it since it has happened and not going away.   But on forums and stuff I'm not seeing a lot of people happy that it happened. (I'm talking Americans )

Geeeze ... make up your mind.    He bloviated about us doing this ourselves.  Now he's telling everyone else to take care of their  own oil passage ... with our help.    He's all over the place.   No stability in what he is spouting about this war.   Yes we wiped out their navy and airforce but I have ZERO confidence in this.

He already has - the US doesn't mention regime change or liberating Persians from the regime in their objectives in the war.  The fate of otdinary Iranians/Persians has been removed from rhetoric used prior to the conflict that foccused on their oppresion. The US is solely focused on it's own objectives not what is best for Persians, Kurds and the Middle East in general which is why this conflict will last for decades,
