Average age for first time homebuyers is 40 now. You can say it’s BS, but we’re the richest nation on the planet. People owning homes has always been a core tenet of the American dream.
Not everyone has to do it, you probably shouldn’t at minimum wage, but they are unaffordable for most people making median income. That’s a problem considering we don’t even have a positive population rate for an economy built around growth. Probably won’t be a problem for older people, but certainly the future of America.
Experience trumps manufactured conclusion to spread propaganda and lies and broken dreams. yea inflation is above target but it's light-years better than it was and you can't even bring yourself to admit that or even give credit that it is directly because of lowered energy cost and increased revenue from tariffs and if you want to spin that as the people paid that tariff, that's fine because it still means we got ourselves out of the situation in less that a year to a manageable level of inflation. You always need some inflation and we are not to far off that mark and it is an ineradicable feat that every single expert said was not going to work that it would increase inflation and it totally worked and did better then I could have expected, I thought it would take 2 years to get to where it is.
If they are waiting until 40 that is on them, maybe they should grow a pair and get busy living.
Modular homes are cheap and affordable and perfect for the first time home buyer straight out of their parents basement.
Now so this conversation stays on track with WW3 I think you know the last 2 world wars were partially sparked off by run away inflation causing people to become unhappy with life and governments and everyone has been so Gung-Ho Marxism that when Trump stepped in and pushed back the little Trotsky Sniffing Marxists are all in a panic because Trump just ripped that prize from their dirty little hands.

I'd have to see the post to recall the exact context, but more than likely, I suggested Monday to counter some other purely speculative, far-off date
The situation is fluid as hell; getting the Strait back open could still happen by Monday.
Right now, they are playing whack-a-muslim cleric; sooner or later, they will whack the right one.

I had to go all the way back to Feb. 28th
& I was wrong, it wasn't you who predicted the Strait to be reopened by Mon. it was someone else
This is what you said:
" Wanna bet how long the straight is closed?
This will not be a protracted event.
IAF expects air superiority by tomorrow"
I remembered that discussion because I thought it was a pretty bold prediction

Trump is channeling his inner Michael Corleone and is hitting all the troublemakers. Venezuela, Iran, Boko Haram... Didn't somebody say something about Africa recently?

American Backed Counterterror Power Just Hammered Boko Haram More than 50 Boko Haram / ISWAP terrorists reportedly wiped out after a failed assault on Nigerian Army positions in Borno State. Drone surveillance tracked them as they fled across the Ngoshe–Gwoza corridor. Then precision strikes hit their escape routes. Motorcycles destroyed. Logistics wiped out. Entire terror units eliminated. But here is the question the world should be asking. Who helped make this possible? Nigeria’s counterterror fight is backed by American training, intelligence, and aircraft support. The Nigerian Air Force operates U.S.-supplied A29 Super Tucano strike aircraft… designed specifically for hunting terrorist groups in difficult terrain. American ISR intelligence and counterterror partnerships have helped transform how Boko Haram is hunted across the region. So when terrorists think they can attack a base and disappear into the bush… They are learning something new. Technology is watching. Allies are coordinating. And American backed counterterror operations are hunting them from the sky. One question remains. How many terrorist groups around the world are realizing that hiding in the desert or jungle no longer works? #SilentMajoritySpeaks #AStoneGroove

Reports are Condoleeza Rice was seen at the White House.
Polymarket has boots on the ground by Dec 31st as a higher probability than Irans government in its current for collapsing in the same timeframe. One bit of caveat to that is the boots on the ground futures settles yes if spec ops does a mission there.

Just watched an interesting video on the Lincoln aircraft carrier and its destroy escort. Iran thought they would overwhelm the missile defenses. I guess the destroyer was knocking out Iranian drones with microwaves by the scores.
