I really do not see Iran just giving in without some immediate payout in some form. And I am not going to take Eric Daugherty at his word.
I believe Iran does want this to end just as we do but I have little faith in how this is going to go about coming from any government. I will wait to see what happens on Friday, but we all can see the timing and how that oddly seems to always happen when oil trades and markets move.
Oh and this current administration has a nasty habit of lying often so with a tiny grain of salt is how i'll take it thank you very much.

I told you what the problem is, it devalues existing currency and causes inflation.

Quantitive easing at least primes the pumps of the markets. I’m not a fan of the practice, but at least there’s an arguement it helps our economy.

He is technically correct... the best kind of correct. 

But the second part of that is explaining WHO GIVES Iran the 300 billion dollars. It's kinda misleading to not clarify.

It's not US money, but rather the Gulf States money footing the rebuild fund. Particularly, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar.

Iran gets 300 billion through others in this deal if....

To access the conditional $300 billion reconstruction and investment package from Gulf states, Iran must verifiably fulfill specific security, nuclear, and regional compliance obligations outlined in its memorandum of understanding with the United States.

Key conditions for accessing the funds include:

• Nuclear & Security Compliance: Iran must permanently halt nuclear weapons development, surrender enriched uranium, and accept strict international inspections.

• Regional Stability: An end to regional attacks, such as drone/missile strikes, and a halt to supporting terrorism, ensuring regional stability.

• Maritime Security: Guaranteed free, toll-free passage through the Strait of Hormuz.

What we do "give them." Isn't us giving them anything either, but the time-honored tradition of unfreezing their money...

The exact amount of frozen assets being unfrozen is heavily disputed. Iranian state media claims the U.S. agreed to unfreeze up to $24 billion (with $12 billion released upfront). In contrast, the White House strongly denies that any specific unfreezing of "cash" has been agreed upon, stating that asset release figures do not appear in the official texts.
