Trump is in talks with Russia to end the war

Come off it, these are daily attacks on civilians.

Pure and simple.

Is that what you call it when hamas hides their military targets behind civilians? Seen enough of that footage now...

The funny thing is if Russia is doing such things it is very well hidden and not really publicized...Ukraine seems to take pride in showing off that sort of thing. You just don't see it because you aren't looking where slavs like to post. Or you just ignore one evil to call out another. You are like a one trick poney and we have all seen your trick. I bet you'd be a lot more interesting to converse with if you actually just let the facade down and acknowledged the same reality we are all witnessing.

Bit tired of you going after the man rather than the ball.

Firing drones, ballistic missiles and shelling civilians are war crimes.

If you want to defend that and compare Ukrainians with Hamas, jog on.

The fact that you are still calling this War a "SMO" speaks volumes.

"The funny thing is if Russia is doing such things it is very well hidden and not really publicized..."

So it's not happening because Russia isn't publicing it?!!!!

It's happening

Unless you have Russian blinkers on and have fingers in ears.

I know for a fact me and a couple other posters have shown you countless videos displaying what you are saying Russia is doing only it was Ukraine doing it. You bring up blinkers and plugging ears...that has been your MO since this all started. In fact you have never not once condemned a single war crime you've been shown from Ukraine...you won't even look or admit you've seen the videos. I know for a fact you've been linked videos showing military gear blown up in the courtyard of an occupied apt building...seems like the same sort of stuff hamas does. I have seen tons of interviews with Ukrainians that straight up has them saying they shot at anyone trying to leave their homes while the army had positions in the same damn buildings. I am not going after the man...I am going after reality and you happen to be a man sitting here interjecting a nonexistent reality to suit your narrative. I will call that shit out everytime. I come here to discuss whats actually happening...not to further an agenda. My give a fuck about Russia is just as low as my give a fuck about Ukraine...neither rate super high. If you want to peddle bullshit...I will happily call it out...I don't even dislike you...I bet you'd be fun to have a beer with and chop it up.

I am going to stick to reality everytime...and I watch coverage from a wide variety of bias just to try and stay informed of whats actually going on. Nothing I am seeing outside of blaten propaganda says anything close to what you keep trying to push day in day out.

End of the day though...you are just an avatar and name on the screen...don't think I put special effort into anything cause its you...

Nice rant.

Please, give up with the personal stuff.

Inaccurate as it is .

If you want to keep being a cheerleader for your "SMO" that's fine.

Carry on.

Besides, I thought that NATO's paranoid fearful mantra was that Putin wants to invade all of the lost Soviet satellite nations like Estonia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine,
and Uzbekistan, and Europe. Rebuilding and rebranding from the flames of the Soviet Union

Pretty sure somebody has used that as an excuse, why the US should participate because he is going to invade the old Russian alliances, BS fear mongering, worst case scenarios with some actual factual basis....

For perspective, the United Russia "party" has the most seats in Russia's Duma,
The second most is the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (KPRF) with its 57 seats.

Quote:Several world leaders and prominent figures have suggested or inferred that Russian President Vladimir Putin seeks to restore a form of Soviet-style domination, either over Russia’s internal affairs or its influence in the former Soviet sphere. These statements often stem from Putin’s actions, speeches, and policies, such as the annexation of Crimea, the invasion of Ukraine, and his rhetoric about the Soviet Union’s collapse. Below are key examples based on available information:
  • Volodymyr Zelenskyy (President of Ukraine): Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has explicitly stated that Putin aims to restore the Soviet Union. In a 2024 statement, Zelenskyy said, “Who said Putin does not simply want us destroyed? He does. He wants the return of the USSR, under his control, until the end of his days.” This reflects Zelenskyy’s view that Putin’s aggression toward Ukraine is part of a broader ambition to reassert Soviet-like control over former Soviet territories.
  • European Leaders (Collective Sentiment): European leaders, including UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and French President Emmanuel Macron, have indirectly implied Putin’s desire to restore Russian dominance reminiscent of the Soviet era through their responses to his actions. For instance, in May 2025, European leaders met in Kyiv to counter Putin’s proposals for peace talks, which they saw as attempts to maintain control over occupied Ukrainian territories. Their push for sanctions and military support for Ukraine suggests they view Putin’s goals as an effort to reassert a sphere of influence akin to Soviet domination.
  • Western Analysts and Former Officials: While not current world leaders, former U.S. officials and analysts have echoed similar sentiments. For example, a 2022 Brookings Institution analysis stated that Putin views victory in Ukraine as a step toward “undoing the post-Cold-War order” and restoring Russia’s influence over former Soviet states, implying a return to Soviet-style dominance. Similarly, former U.S. Ambassador William J. Burns and others have noted Putin’s rejection of the post-Cold War security architecture, interpreting it as an attempt to reclaim Russia’s imperial or Soviet-era influence.
  • Public Statements and Context: Putin himself has fueled these interpretations with statements lamenting the Soviet Union’s collapse as a “geopolitical catastrophe” (2005) and describing it as the “disintegration of historical Russia” (2021). While he has denied wanting to restore the Soviet Union verbatim—saying in 2004, “Anyone who doesn’t regret the passing of the Soviet Union has no heart. Anyone who wants it restored has no brains” ()—his actions, such as the 2014 annexation of Crimea and the 2022 invasion of Ukraine, have led leaders to infer an intent to revive a form of Russian hegemony resembling Soviet control.

Quote:The Role of the Communist Party in Modern RussiaThough Russia is no longer a communist state, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) still exists and holds a significant place in the country’s political scene. The CPRF, led by Gennady Zyuganov, remains one of the largest opposition parties in Russia. However, its influence has waned over the years, and it operates within a political system that is increasingly dominated by President Vladimir Putin and his United Russia party.
The Communist Party in Russia has adapted its message to appeal to modern voters, but it still champions many of the ideals associated with Soviet-era communism, such as social welfare programs, state ownership of key industries, and opposition to Western liberalism. Despite this, the party has largely become a fixture of Russia’s political system rather than a force advocating for a return to communism in its original form.

Who said anything about "looking good"?

Trump has made himself look a fool with his boasts and Putin is just adding to it by playing him for all to see.

Ever heard the term 'pot calling the kettle black'?  Lol  Lol   Lol

Putin's WAR and attack on Ukraine has dragged on for 3 years, (a little longer than he anticipated) and it's his forces who stole children and sent them Russia, and it's his forces trying to decimate Ukraine and its civilians here.
Let your biased opinion make you believe what you want about Ukraine, but it wasn't Ukraine who invaded Russia here, with Trump claiming he could end it in 24 hours?
