Pay attention and try to keep up
I have posted on topic. Your "long line of dialogue" is off topic bickering and insults.
So, Trump's address. Anything to say about it?
I have said my piece.

Actually due to the loss of the miniscule IQ points while replying to some posters, therein lay the reflection. Oops better move on another miniscule IQ point is slipping.

Because any so called failures are few and far between.
Unlike public school ...

Here you go again, going after the person that responded to someone that started an off topic line, instead of the person that started it.
If you say it's off topic, why not go after the user that actually started the dialogue on it, not me? I know why, it's a hypothetical question

Yeah, you are low on them and can't spare any.
Move on ... maybe to a site that talks about something other than US politics.

OK.
Derail away. I can understand why you might want to avoid actually discussing the topic of the thread, because Trump's address was a deranged self aggrandizing embarrassment.
So, any opinion on his address, or not?

I don't think anyone watched.
Who wants to stay up late and watch a politician self promote?
I had thought he was going to talk about his plans for Venezuela and try to sell them.
But he went off on other things.
There was no need for a national address.
It was a political speech.
They all do it when they are in the Oval Office, he's not the only one.
I wish they woudn't.
They need to save the 'National Address' thing for actual important things ... like going to war etc.

Yep. I didn't watch it live, just watched it later.
What about those plaques, my good friend and buddy?
I still don't like any politicians of any variety....

Again, I was not the one who "derailed" this thread. Go talk to them, I know you won't though
You are always entitled to your opinion.
Should he not talk up the country? Should he sit there and dog on the parts of the country that are struggling at the moment? Is he not allowed to talk on his "accomplishments"?
For those of you on here that like to see me as "MAGA" because I hold beliefs that go against your bias, I offer you this. Did I vote for Trump? Your god damn right I did. Is he doing exactly what I voted him in to do? Yes and No. Are there things he is doing I agree with? Yup Is he also doing some things I don't agree with? Absolutely But what is the point of me sitting here and belittling a man that is serving his country as Commander and Chief, for free mind you, and doing a hell of a lot better of a job than his predecessor.
