He is right about people continuing to be complicit.
I do think it interesting he specifically excluded Patel. Was he protecting himself by explicitly making it known he wasn’t targeting head of the FBI?
As long as he does not commit suicide.
Im sure they can ask him...
It's a safe bet the man's deeply troubled, to say the least.

In what way is he mentally unfit?
I looked back through threads and posts from a few years ago when we had a president that really was mentally unfit and needed to be removed from office, I didn't see you mention anything then about it.
Or is it that you just don't like his politics?

The difference was, Biden wasn't running the country. The democrat politburo was. So it's a moot point about Bidens mental health.
On topic though, it's interesting to see such equivocation from the more left leaning members.
"Oh I agree with the shooter, but what he did was bad".
It's like a bunch of us who could understand the frustration of J6, but didn't condone the violence.
Regardless, we were called insurrectionists for not siding with the left's trope of how things went down.
So it'll be interesting to see what our more liberal members do in the coming days.
Will they stop the hateful rhetoric on Trump and MAGA, or kseep going?
My money is on the "keep going".
To place it in context, I offer a thread I wrote a while back.

Explain how the rhetoric on Trump is any different than your rhetoric against the Commie evil left

My vitriol is policy based.
I will defend the policies I agree with.
I will condemn the policies I disagree with.

Biden's mental heath at that time was explained in detail so it is now not a moot point. I posted about this previously where he was exhibiting age-related mental decline but not to the point where it was deemed that he had to be removed from office. That particular day of the speech the facts were that he was overly tired because of a busy schedule - everyone assumed the worse and they were all wrong as per his doctors. What is Trump's excuse, it looks like he gets enough sleep anywhere and everywhere?

Says the guy doing his best to stir the pot as much as possible. You don't wish for peace. You're fake. Not only that, you make your side look like garbage by doing that. If you think someone wants to get caught up in your constant poo flinging you're mistaken :p for real though DB you should consider that you're making the right look bad. Hit it with some class sometime im fairly certain you are capable of doing that

What?
And change the way I've been writing for the past 20 years?
Nah.
I don't speak for anyone but myself.
I call balls and strikes as I see it.
Sure I poke the bear. What better way to elicit a response?
Basically, a leftist nutter tried to kill the Trump cabinet and Trump. For all his education, he wasn't very smart.
So lets dig deeper.
Was it influence by BlueSky, MS-NOW, CNN, SPLC, or any number of online forums?
Who goaded, encouraged him?
It had to be an echo-chamber, because he was driven, some might say encouraged to commit assassinations on an epic level.
And any bi-partisan site would have brought a different perspective.
But we're dealing with "Identity Politics" now.
Someone once said, "If you agree with someone 100% of the time, one of you is not doing any thinking".
And that's what this driven ideology, that the shooter embraced, created.
