Reports are saying the shooter is a Iraq war veteran corroborated by the Iraq Veteran license plate on the truck in the photos.
He had a history of PTSD and mental illness.

I don't know about activated, but I have some serious concerns about the mental health crisis in this country, and the possibility of a certain 3 letter agency being behind some of it.

The movie was "The Town That Dreaded Sundown" and was about a post war town that had multiple murders possibly attributed to an either special forces or OSS agent that flipped. Allegedly, it was based on a true story.

I think one thing many agree on is the rhetoric people have used for years now certainly doesn’t help the crazies. I can hop from X to 4chan to here no problem. Some can’t do that when they hear hyperbole like the civil war is already here.
