A peaceful assembly requires the assemblers to be peaceful. Swarming and attacking innocent people in their cars, throwing rocks from overpasses at police, burning buildings and cars, looting businesses are all examples of a not peaceful assembly.

So then all of the rioting, looting, and attacking innocent people that was happening before, the NG was sent in, just didn't happen? Or is that just delusion in the minds of those that were watching everything unfold from the beginning? 

If it had been under control, it would not have been happening and getting worse.....but yeah, the NG showing up is what popped everything off.  Keep telling yourself that, maybe one day it will come true ​​​​​​​

Then, as is the case with those that did not come here illegally, they are not the problem. 

If those that are there peacefully are not "getting out of dodge" then they should rethink what they are actually there for. one does not stick around a fight if they do not plan on getting in that fight.
