Former Marine speaks out against marine deployment in LA:

As the LA Governor and Mayor state, the National Guard nor Marines were needed, they had it under control. Trump ignored them because he has an agenda of chaos which gives the impression he is needed, and that he knows what he is doing.

Those complaining about the national guard and Marines being sent to saying that it is "unconstitutional" should really do some research before opening their mouths. 

The Insurrection Act of 1807 empowers the president of the United States to nationally deploy the U.S. military and to federalize the National Guard units of the individual states in specific circumstances, such as the suppression of civil disorder, of insurrection, and of armed rebellion against the federal government of the U.S.  

This is not an instance of the military being sent to enforce domestic law, this is the military being sent in to protect federal agencies and to detour civil unrest and what some might even consider domestic terrorism.

I thought it was under Title 10 of the US Code.

I'm no legal scholar, but I don't believe Acts need invocation to be used, I could be wrong.
