That is textbook invasion.
Yeah ... 20 million of them ... invasion.
(the foreign flag thing ... that's right in your face!)

Here is a report of the SF protest around my neck of the woods.
https://abc7news.com/post/hundreds-prote.../16701175/
Actually I’m in the East Bay, and haven’t heard these from my home, but now I am wondering now if my trip into the city will be fun filled this week…
I heard one very loud firework set off near me on Saturday night, and wondered what the occasion was. In hindsight, it must have been an action of solidarity with the LA protests.

Calling in the National Guard seems unnecessary and purely just to inflame things.
So much for due process and the Constitution. In fact, this doesn't really happen. ICE is looking for people with a standing removal order. That includes the people they've taken into custody after a hearing before an immigration judge - something the media tried to make something out of last week.
Some people have been released once they were able to prove they were here legally and were diligently following the procedure in a timely manner, which the law requires.
Tom Homan warned that when they are going after released criminals, anyone hanging out with them is also fair game if they aren't here legally.
All of this would have been unnecessary if LAPD coordinated with ICE prior to these kinds of releases. The California prison system does so (required by law) but these local jails do not.

Looks like that topic is getting heated at the political level, with Trump goading his border czar Tom Homan to arrest CA governor Gavin Newsom.

Quote:Newsom in an interview on MSNBC dared Homan to go through with an arrest and responded to Trump’s suggestion he could be arrested.
“This is a day I hoped I would never see in America. I don’t care if you’re a Democrat or a Republican this is a line we cannot cross as a nation — this is an unmistakable step toward authoritarianism,” Newsom wrote on X

haha newsom said "this is an unmistakable step toward authoritarianism".
like the usa isn't already an authoritarian cryptocracy, wearing the skin-suit of democracy.
will of the people or not, the states don't dare cross the federal government. constitutional or not, the federal government doesn't dare cross the military-industrial complex. evil or not, the military-industrial complex doesn't dare cross ???.
america is like that coyote that ran off the edge of the cliff. doesn't realize their ain't no ground there below them, and hasn't been for a while, but they gonna find out, for sure...
