14+9= [23].
June 14 is the military parade in [W]ashington, DC.

Very clear communication in the dozens of books that something special has been planned for the target date of June 23, 2025.
By selecting June 14th that would leave 9 days- Bill Gates.

That is an easy one. On average, the smaller the city or town, the more guns per household. And with the gun laws, court systems, and governments in California, it has almost the same appeal to law breakers as a gun free zone.

In LA they are less likely to be shot at in self defense.
