Feels to me Iran will be leashed in by Russia at least temporarily, based on the Ukrainian peace talks. Russia can not afford to lose Iran as its sphere of influence shrinks in the region, but all of that may be by design as they pivot preparing troops weapons, and munitions from one theater to another.
