When any country feels that its security, purpose, or wealth is being violated by another, there are systems that have the job of denying, blunting, or mocking the accuser. Sometimes vast steps, complicated steps, are taken in ways to "payback" the offender. Sometimes, nothing publically is done but through an exchange of propaganda. As a rule of political nature, something is usually done in return.
With the UFO situation, of almost 80 years of denial and no concrete explanations, absolutely nothing is done to stop the (revealing) sightings, then the puzzlement becomes profound. The bewildered bystander doesn't know what to think. Why the continued, lackluster response? The savvy ones will start musing about why the victimization is allowed. Why thwarting methods are rarely attempted, if at all? They may be futile every time, but such would at least show that TPTB have not given up to the strange, invasive forces. The only logical explanation is that negotiations have been conducted with the ETs. The deal has been finalized behind our backs. And more than likely, humanity has been saved from its stupid progress toward total self-annihilation.
Despite the educational fanfare we are receiving from TPTB, the only answer is that we have agreed to do nothing against the invasion, but to the contrary, to work with them. That is why for forty years we have glimpsed huge triangles, some with air force markings, quietly sailing overhead, usually at night. We are in a contractional relationship with the ETs for our own good.
Most people, especially in other countries, would not want to admit that the US has had more UFO sighting reports than any other nation. But that seems always to have been the case. The reason, and NO ONE outside of the US will agree about, is that we stand the best chance of being the best upholder of a sane governmental style of leadership for the world even if it means a New World Order for one and all. Still, there will be wars over that plan.
So there it is, contrite and understandable.
