Plenty of UFO reports over atomic facilities and always wondered what happened to the missing security camera footage from the Indian Point Nuclear Reactor UFO incident in 1984 (apparently all radio recordings also went missing after a visit by the U.S.N.C.).
UK researcher David Cayton describes an unknown object emerging from the sea and visiting a Welsh nuclear power station in this video and also brings up some intriguing pilot encounters below from Cheshire, Derby, Swansea, Lincolnshire, Hertfordshire etc. regarding ' huge triangular shadows' being cast on the ground.

The NUFORC audio archives are a really intriguing listen for anyone with an interest in (or opinion on) the UFO subject.
Below is a telephone report from a Naval Intelligence reconnaissance pilot (name given) submitted to Bob Gribble whilst manning the NUFORC hotline - a very close range triangle description and although the transcript is linked below it's well worth listening to the tone and timbre of the man's voice.
From 6:09:40
Quote:Recording number 242
242: 12.06.1977 Between Tokyo and Hawaii at 60,000 Feet
Naval Intelligence pilot flying reconnaissance for CIA, encounters a large triangular craft that paces his F4-11 Phantom for approximately a half-hour. Object was dark in color with no protrusions, lights or outward propulsion system and its surface appearance like foam rubber. Target pasted solidly on plane's radar. Plane was in excess of Mach 2.2 and the object stayed within 50 feet off the left wing of the aircraft.

Sorry, I don't have the time to watch a video that long.
In fact, anything over 5 minutes is too long for me.

Because the post was directed to me and I think communication is a two way thing.

During WWII there was an increase in tests of "flying wings", with Northrop being one of the most active in that area.
When I began searching for the truth about UFOs and my particular experience, I recall many people advising that the military's tech is always decades ahead of civilian tech. This truth has steered my skepticism (not debunking) towards looking for secret military tech first, but since it's secret/classified there is really no way to eliminate the unknowns in our sky. However, once declassified, we can follow the tech's progress and with a little imagination apply assumptions to what secret advanced military tech might look like today.

Don't know anyone agrees with Nick Redfern's comments below about flying black triangles not being 'secret aircraft' but there does appear to be quite a lot of FBT sightings which go way back before the 80s/90s and there's also relevant info about National Archives research and British MOD documents declassified under the 'thirty years ruling'.
Given that they exist then suppose the idea that flying triangular objects are man made is a colossal conspiracy within itself but suppose it's also fair to say that after all these years the identity of the agency behind it all still remains a complete mystery and the tech involved still hasn't been displayed in any military arena by any government that we know of today.
• Flying Triangles: Not “Secret Aircraft”
Turns out that, like other shaped UFOs, FBT reports are also global in nature and there's been quite a number of remarkable sightings from other countries - also some very interesting South American documents discussed here and specific research conducted below from places like Argentina (where apparently they're 'nothing new').
• Controversial Flying Triangles.
[Image: https://files.abovetopsecret.com/files/i...aea2db.jpg]
Despite triangular UFO flight behaviour being described as silent, nocturnal and low altitude, witnesses also describe the objects as being capable of extremely rapid acceleration and sharp turns at high speed
They also (are reported to) have some other bizarre characteristics like 'blunt-end-forward' movement, detachable lights/objects and the generation of 'light beams' and electromagnetic interference effects.
There are also certain incidents described in government documents involving larger unknown objects releasing smaller triangular ones so god knows what's going on there.
I had one fly directly over my home in December 2018. I wrote about it on ATS and submitted my picture of it against the moon. ATS posted it on Google Images under the heading of "Silent Black Triangles" I took a screen shot of my pic on the Google image page. The [my] image has since been taken down.
What I saw had front lights that would mimic a plane. I had videoed it coming inbound from the direction of Spartanburg, SC towards Columbia, SC. I then stopped filming as I thought it was simply just another plane. Then as it went right over me it was silent, huge and had 100's of geometric shapes on its belly. It looked like a printed circuit board. It wasn’t small and 300' per side sounds about right. I PM’ed another member in 2018 who lives one hour from me near the ocean. He has seen it too and has film of it. He claims it lands underwater into the ocean.
We both surmised that it’s a US black project that was reverse engineered ET technology. However, I believe that the earlier ones from decades ago could have been ET. Why I say that what I saw is a US black project is why the picture simply disappeared from Google images. Another OP who lives west of me says that their base is located in the mountains where Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee meet, thus the inbound heading from Spartanburg. That OP said he used to fly to Chicago and that they stopped flying over that region several years ago. He said he peaked out the window of that plane one day and saw the mountain tops cleared for an apparent runway of enormous proportions.
That’s my take for what it’s worth
