Maybe its not the job but it probably does attract a certain kind of person
A lot of them probably start with the best of intentions.
And as they climb the political ladder, they learn just how corrupt the system is from within.
But if they want to climb and remain part of the club, proceed to the next table...

Just before you claim the moral high ground, consider the fact that on Trump's orders.
They took out Iran's Supreme Leader, a sister, a daughter, daughter-in-law, and a brother-in-law...
And beyond the ruling family, they also reportedly killed the greater part of the regime's top military and security leaders.
Impressive as that may be in some eyes.
You can't really complain when they decide to make those sorts of threats.
Obviously, they are apt to be rather miffed...
If the cookie crumbles any other way, I can't see how...
