US-Iran War Mudpit Thread

Iran doesn't have any nuclear weapons or the capability to hit the United States, so...

Trump's B-2 strikes "completely obliterated" those, remember...

Did you not read what I said, yes they still produce significant fallout what part of that did you not comprehend? Fallout is fairly predictable like weather sure there can be flukes in weather patterns that can throw off calculations but for the most part they are fairly accurate, we have done significant above ground testing to verify this. I do remember I don't think it crushed their spirit enough to convince them to stop all research I would like the Iranians to choose to stop all research I don't believe they are capable so further action is required.

Not in two World Wars even.

Vietnam?

Col. Kurtz?

Korea?

Afghanistan?

Insanity.

Vietnam? Not a war, police action.
Korea? Not a war, police action.
Afghanistan? Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF)

There is precedent in history, and you live in place that has actually experienced it.

Calm down, mate.  Their nuke sites were "obliterated", they have no Navy, Air Force or military.

Please stop your genocidal, warmongering insanity.
'l'll just check my Giveashitometer....Nope.  Nothing...

Yeah, you're the one making perfect sense.

How very dare i not comprehend.  Lol

Further action is required?

You mean like using 6 nukes on a nation you have supposedly ground to dust and smashed its military might into the ground?

Nuking them would not crush their spirit, it would, however, seal your own fate...

Good luck with that sort of look.

No, that would be foolish, Like how Carthage reacted Rome. Why postpone what is inevitable. We currently have what we need to carry this out and given the state of our other major adversaries Russia who can't fight their way out of a paper bag and China who's equipment has been completely impotent, now is the best time to proceed.

Somewhat of an apples-and-oranges comparison that ignores modern reality, if you ask me.

Destroying Iran with nukes would cause massive civilian casualties, no doubt about that fact.

Probably to the tune of 10s of millions of people, depending on your chosen targets.

You're guaranteed regional escalation and retaliation.

Not to mention the global instability it's apt to bring about.

And Russia and China being weaker does not remove their nuclear capabilities or unpredictable response...

Yaay!  Let's start WW3.

What could possibly go wrong?

Jeez, fella.

Guess they don't teach history over the Pond.

Or much else.

Korean Police Action: 36,754
Vietnam Police Action: 58,220
Desert Storm: 292
Afghanistan Not War: 3,917
Iraq Not War: 4,419
Iran Not War: 17

I'm not that keen on seeing this extended military engagement become noteworthy on that list.... We dont need to sacrifice marines or risk sailors... but i dont think that can be prevented.

EVERYONE needed to listen to Senator Mark Kelly, because he was right all the way back in February.

https://www.kelly.senate.gov/newsroom/pr...inst-iran/
Quote:“After promising to keep America out of war and instead focus on lowering costs for families, Donald Trump has launched a large-scale military operation against Iran.

“We’ve seen this playbook before. Weeks of inflated claims, selective facts, and talk of imminent threats that led the American people into a war that cost thousands of American lives and trillions of taxpayer dollars.

“The United States has the most capable military in the world. I have complete confidence in our service members, and I’m praying for their safety. The question is never whether they can do the mission. It’s whether the mission makes sense and makes us safer—and what it’s going to cost.

The Iranian people deserve freedom. They deserve the right to choose their own leaders. So, what’s the plan for what comes next? I don’t think Donald Trump knows the answer, and that’s dangerous when American lives are on the line.

Kelly hasn't said anything yet, but you dont go to the Iowa Democrat Shindig unless you're feeling things out.

Too bad the democrats are committed to supporting less electable actual socialists like AOC and Mayor McGovernment Cheese.

Makes one not like either that much. And thats why Mark Kelly could have a national chance, but not one within the primary... and that's also sad.

They really are going to roll with Newsom/Ocasio-Cortez or something easy for Vance to demolish with unregulated funding and viral media..  Just Insert "fraud" or "tax" probe, and watch their chances fall apart like so many Libyan emails.

Shit man we have some just willing to drop nukes with no remorse or understanding of global implications not to mentions the untold amount of innocent causalities.
Other seemingly just want to have war because it pisses off people they don't align with politically.  Well that shows they don't and have never cared about others especially not those from any other country.
Don't even get me started on the fiscal residual implications that will come of this. And that will hit everyone no matter creed or whatever.

So yay go MAGA

I can't help but think some are trying to make Trump look smart, and sane in comparison.
