It's great strategy to keep the focus on Iran.
The House may never pass it and Trump probably wouldn't sign it into Law.
And looks like not enough votes in Congress to over ride a Veto.

Its the same resolution the house already passed.

Its not law, so its nothing more than a statement from Congress.

Well, these claims are second hand in the link I found it in though.
