I would love to be able to invest in oil prices going up or down, based on prior knowledge of announcements about Trump's latest news on his "deals".

No one is lending Iran $ from Arab countries. Buying oil maybe.

The sanctions coming down just remove barriers so Iran can trade oil, and access frozen assets.

They can get investment from private gulf or foreign firms, but that's not "Arab countries loaning Iran" per se.
