I suppose I'll be the dumb American who will offer up a radical idea.
That "oil" is business... and it represents the "payback" for the exercise of going to the trouble of even embarking on this venture. It's part of a plan... bet on it. The price fluctuations represent what the masters "think we will let them get away with." There is no "scarcity" to explain a price rise.. only "investment" uncertainty. We are paying more to 'make it a safer bet" to keep to the status quo. We are suckers to the market manipulators... ever wonder how they keep getting richer? The only global bank monopoly has literally ALL the answers to who's playing "god" with our lives... for profit... in real time, (or could it be them?) Sovereignty... oh how you are being destroyed.
