Mainly because they rely on coercion and a narrow, paranoid circle of power, rather than legitimate support.
But do you know what else is fragile and highly vulnerable to disruptions?
Global supply chains.
And taking Cuba could well disrupt the chain, especially where sugar, nickel, and shipping through the Caribbean, are concerned.
I mean, how much more war, pain, and strife, does the world need DB?
