Actually no, 100% of Irans military forces have not been destroyed.  Their navy and airforce have.   But they still have their 600,000 soldiers, 1,000,000 reservists and 90 million citizens, most of whom would gladly join up to fight nonmuslims for their imaginary Mahadi.
