What defines and differentiates a 'mental download' from a flight of fancy or a brainstorm after thinking of a problem?
Does he have proof of knowledge he didn't otherwise know?

I can try and get something technical, I am technical.

The "downloads" is from the akashic records, they can pretend and call it whatever else they want, we already have names for these things and they know it. He is not telling the whole truth about blanking out his mind, that's not all he did. There was a process. No event happens in a vacuum.

There is something I have been wanting to try. I remote viewed one the UFO's I saw and weird stuff happened one things was getting it's name. Can try and make it the entry point for the records by viewing it and using it's name. It wasn't the best encounter, maybe it's better now.




The technique is not hard.

Here is what you do:

First you need to understand what the Akashic records are and you should be able to find a definition that aligns with you if you search for it.

Something in the line off:
"the Akashic records are  a cosmic repository of all events, thoughts, and feelings that have occurred since the beginning of time. They are imprinted on Akasha, a fluid ether or astral light. The records hold information about past, present, and potential future events, including those of all beings."

Even if the "Hall of Books" in Interstellar works for you that is fine.

Then you need to visualize it, it doesn't actually matter what it looks like, just base it on whatever description connected with you.
Place guardians in front of it and ask permission to enter. Be respectful and show gratitude.

If it's hard to visualize, create a path.

edit: There are other weird things said in the podcast and in a ross cultard interview. Need to watch it all. They say they are communicating with the NHI. They also talk about the afterlife.  Someone touched glyphs. What does communicating mean?

This is an important topic for the whole phenomena and one that will still be ridiculed. I believe they are doing what they can. Intentions are never really known until revealed.

It's all about the high strangeness and tricks Jacques Vallee talks about.

FIY, made it past Crowley in the Dark Lord. Most of what I can say is yes. Divine feminine, there is a child mentioned. Horus, not Horus, other names, encounters, on the todo list. Have to switch to something else temporarily. Must go back in time again, another journey with fairies, they called.



 


For anyone else still reading, the afterlife is referenced interchangeably with alternate dimensions when mentioned in psionics.  Not a stretch to say just in general the term is a bit murky from esoteric use. Could say it's occulted. We have higher technology now and the quantum realm, something too keep in mind.

but I do know many people have reported getting info from looking at UFOs. They say it different ways. But basically psychic data dump into their brains.

Here's a hypothesis to tear apart...

These perceptions and resolutions often arise as an emotional state much akin to inspiration, or maybe insight.
(Considering the change of perceptual landscape, much imagery - critical to insight - is often lost in recollection.
Even the tiny amount of real time between revelation and testimony.  The sense and feeling however...

The inspiration lingers... perhaps the other side of the proverbial coin.

Experiencers of this that I interacted with often felt "knowing somehow that you know something that matters."
However this does not speak to content of what is remembered, let alone remembered fully.
Often stunning... but the non-channeled experience appear equally impactful.

No doubt there are exceptions.  Humans are nothing if not creative problem solvers,
craving to use or control the experience toward some end. 
That's not necessarily a trap... but it can be.

This is not to speak of my personal sense that there seems to much here to disregard as chaff.
And the former (strictly materialistic) hypothesis falls apart too often to ignore.

Well, we hope it's the other side otherwise it's damnation. Personally I'm going to hold on to love for as long as I can.
