25:11: action through law enforcement to make sure that they are aware and uh I do I did not uh take put a lot of stock in it and then I I called four different people to advise me and to my shock and awe with actual knowledge of this program prior to it being announced was told for me to take it 100% deadly seriously and so let's really unpack that for one second give me a second to just say something that program was outed by an independent journalist who has nothing to do with me I've never talked to the guy prior to the release and I actually haven't talked to him yet on the phone it was done legally and lawfully which people will understand hopefully

yes the drama make me think "credability prawn" they want to sound ohso serious its a mode they get into and its all a little tryhard.  its fun to contrast the transcript with the tone; you can tell from that very carefully chosen words but not really
