I think the MOU says something about The Gulf Coast Coalition Arab States(?) mostly investing in projects, along with MAYBE some U.S. Private (non tax monies) investment. The U.S. VP outlined it I believe. [checking sources . . . ]

With all that objectivist coordination outrage over Lebanon was almost NON-EXISTANT in Gulf Media. Crickets in UAE. Crickets in Bahrain. Not even close to the global organized protest seen after 10/7.

Media in the Gulf (I don’t know whether you’ve been there; I used to live there) are completely censored and do whatever the authorities tell them to. Right now the GCC and Israel are uncomfortable allies in the war with Iran, so anti-Israel rhetoric is being suppressed. Never the less, Israel remains the most hated country among the populations of the GCC – just as it is, I fear, in the rest of the world outside Western Europe and North America.
