Same as the criminal conviction and 34 felony counts for falsifying business records in the first degree are facts.

And the same as $130,000 hush money payment to Stormy Daniels to prevent her from speaking publicly about their ""sexual encounter"" is a fact.

Well, it's ethically questionable to say the least... 

And as far as im aware, falsifying business records is a crime in most states.

And other jurisdictions prosecute similar conduct.
