I think it’s great that 250,000 people attended Coachella this year and didn’t have to worry about terrorists paragliding into the festival raping, murdering and kidnapping them.

While Iran have played a major role in combating ISIS and Wahhabi/Sunni jihadi groups they remain an active terror threat and key sponsor of Shia terror groups. The indescriminate drone attacks across the middle east have killed 100s of civilliians and injured 10,000s with over 12,000 missiles and drones fired at civillian areas.

I think there's been a couple of mass shootings in the US linked to Iran but nothing major yet. They've sponsored hundreds of small scale terror attacks against jews and US bankss in europe since the start of the war (firebombing synagogues and private ambulances).

Sadly it's likely only a matter of time until a major Iranian terror attack slips through the net and there's also the major risk that if the regime collapses and failed state follows then the power vacuum will be filled by far worse like happened in Iraq and Afghanistan. So far all the evidence shows they haven't learnt anything from recent conflicts and have no post-regime/failed state policy.
