At least thats how it looks to Iran.
They see and fear us similarly.
Especially when you choose to bomb them from afar.
You dont make friends by hitting them with cruise missiles...
I guess declaring Jihad against the West and the rest of the world. Killing millions of
black Christians in Africa. And exterminating any other non Muslim religion. Chanting death to America. Funding terrorism throughout the world. Developing Nuclear weapons and missiles. All this doesn't count in your view.

Seems to me Iran's smartest moves have been survival and disruption.
They spread out weapons to avoid destruction, making it almost impossible for America to target them all.
And rely on drones and proxies instead of direct battles to make war.
They are pressuring multiple regions at once by threatening the oil routes and closing the Strait.
They are still standing...
Some may argue that's pretty clever or at least punching above their weight, considering the opponent.

Now you are just mixing exaggeration and some real concerns.
Iran hasn't declared global jihad or killed "millions of black Christians."
They do back terrorists, but so have the U.S. in the past, aka the Mujahideen or the Contras.
And chants like "Death to America" exist.
But what is it they say about words?
And its nuclear program is disputed.
Not a proven weapons deployment or anything reminiscent of the sorts...

And the U.S. has indirectly backed the taliban to secure Iraq from ISIS which the taliban is actually former members of the Mujahideen and fought against other Mujahideen factions.
I think the main point is:
Nobody's Innocent

Innocence is for children.
Adults lose that by necessity.
Nations are no different.
History forces them to lose their innocence just like life forces people.
I mean that might seem rather blunt, but such is life...

Iran has recently killed thousands in their own country. Who do you think is arming the terrorists?
Amounts of killings in Africa are being minimized.

I was talking about the last administration in response to annee
Thx for your response though. Duly noted.
Apparently I’m in cult now, someone here told me so.

Ah, so now Trump's there because of what's allegedly happening in Africa.
You are all over the place, grasping at straws for excuses.
As to the poor sods, Iran has recently executed and slaughtered, to the tune of 40,000 or thereabouts.
Trump and his administration knew about that also and did nothing to prevent it at the time, so...

Well, on topic, Iran certainly is not making things easy for you.
The thing is, this sort of war was never going to be a cake walk.
It's one of the reasons why the past seven POTUS and their administrations.
Endeavored to avoid direct conflict with the Iranians.
Because the geography and geopolitics are a b#tch.
And then there are the religious fundamentalist aspects to consider.
Some of these people are nuts with a capital "N" and completely convinced they have god on their side...
