You, on the other hand, did not even bother to glance at any of the four articles or both videos that confirm the reports that the Strait of Hormuz is once again closed or severely dangerous to traverse.

There are reports of tankers under attack. 

And how would you know what has or has not been paid?

“Iran agreed to allow a limited number of ships to pass through the Strait of Hormuz according to agreements. But the US did not fulfil their obligations. Again, by the looks of it, the Hormuz Strait is once again closed and there are reports of gunfire on at least two vessels.
