I'm strictly someone who looks at policies or positions.  Not personalities or lack thereof.

That's why I can post consistently.  Be for the war in Iran, etc.

Always have been.  Even voted for democrats (locally) in the past.

Voted for Ross Perot when he ran.

Now though?

Libertarian candidates are just Marxist-lite.  Democrats?  Never again.

Republicans?

I'll hold my nose and vote for them, until someone better comes along.

I don't see how they would be Marxist-lite compared to Republicans.

Republicans spend just as much and sometimes more than Democrats. They helped bring in the Patriot Act and have been bolstering it every time they're in office. They're trying to pass the FISA act again, Trump even said he's willing to give up some of his rights for national security, after saying it needed to go away. While in power recently, they bought 10% of Intel, and another company I believe, that is the state owning the means of production.

Libertarians want smaller federal government, less spending, and more individual rights. Maybe if they got power they would bend over like the rest of them, I wouldn't be surprised given the corruption amongst politicians. But Republican lip service isn't even less Marxist than Republicans.
