Except he campaigned on the opposite of what he is doing now. Also the straight...still closed and now a toll booth. All our regional bases are basically shutdown and unusable. Most of our long range radar assets are trashed over there. They still have the nuclear material. And they are still able to lob missiles and drones without any issues I am seeing. All this has done was make us look like fools and piss off everyone we call allies. While I don't think everyoe we call allies are good ones...the US power comes from its reserve currency status and our leverage over the world with sanctions we can only impose because most of the world's 1st world countries backs those sanctions. On top of that he comes off like a raving lunitic in front of the world and its rather embarrassing. Thats not even addressing the fact we are being lead around by the nose by Israel spending our seevicemen's lives and our funds to fight a fight they refused to comit their own sons and daughters to. Not a good look both domestically or internationally...its a sad time for the US.

Signed up when I was 17.

When I was 21, stationed in the UK, got a letter from selective service addressed to SSGT DBCowboy at an APO address telling me that if I didn't register, I could face fines or jail time.
