Congratulations
We tried peaceful solutions for 47 years, it didn't work. This is the option left.

I certainly don't see any realistic deal on the table, do you?
Or tiddlywinks. Monopoly might be fun....It will all end in beers.
'l'll just check my Giveashitometer....Nope. Nothing...

No, I don't think a deal was ever going to be honored by either side.

Okay
Just be aware that holding this belief makes you a radical terrorist, not a hero
Especially because of your willingness to murder innocents to achieve your goal

Flip it around the other way.
America would not make a deal or capitulate.
Directly down to honor now, I come to think about it...

Your posts have provided some insight to the psychotic nature of events. No empathy, dehumanize your perceived enemy. Stuck in a vision that is 47 years old. No interest or concern about current events and what regime change really means.
The day 1 plan screwed up. Admit your mistake, pay your dues and move on. Iran has 12 Million of its population preparing for a ground invasion. Israel is getting a reality check of what it is like to live in Gaza.
It is all about you and your fears. So scared about getting nuked that you world rather live in a world where they are used than live in a way where they are not. The history of the nuke is about ending war, otherwise Earth is going to look more like Mars for a while with their chain reaction nature.

He makes it sound like the end of an episode of "The Apprentice."
Tune in next week to see who's next...

So Pakistan has just sent Trump some sort of deal which includes he hold back for 2 weeks.
We shall know soon if he'll capitulate to a 2 week hold.

This is kind of off-topic... but not.
Watching the extent of this thread... as it began, as it evolved as overtaken by current events (and the news cycle) ... I am always melancholy...
Not because of the dissent, support, and misalignment of perspectives... none of that we can control.
Not because of the completely natural way that a thread can turn into a chat, breaking rhythm and creating more angst than serves our conversation.
But because all of the members, engaged, have not seen the dozen or so threads this conversation actually contain... Very great conversations should have spawned from this thread... but it has become 'personal' to so many that I see no desire to actually explore some of the gems you guys added to it.
It's bittersweet, ya know?
I am absolutely certain y'all can see them... and clearly brought up the topical gold yourselves, as it applies to this thread overall...
I see the need to chat and quip with your conversant as necessary...
Even the snarky snaps, the droll repartee applied for notional 'damage'...
But I know a lot of people who might learn more about this topic here than in all the publications I have read elsewhere... collectively... you're all paying attention... step 1.
If it weren't such a bother, I would ask you all to reconsider what you feel can be expanded... and maybe you'll be inspired to start a thread....
Thanks.
