Power plants and desalination facilities are usually civilian and deemed essential for survival.

If Trump willingly bombs the above because the Iranian regime won't capitulate, do as he says, after killing their supreme leader.

Well, that's not liberating 90 million Iranian people.

Thats intentionally depriving civilians of water or basic needs.

And that will count as using starvation or dehydration as a weapon.
