"Our Weapons are the most powerful and sophisticated that the World has ever known but, for reasons of decency, I have chosen NOT to wipe out the Oil Infrastructure on the Island. However, should Iran, or anyone else, do anything to interfere with the Free and Safe Passage of Ships through the Strait of Hormuz, I will immediately reconsider this decision," he added.

I was reading an article the other day that said that it would be a huge undertaking to clear the Hormuz Strait of Iranian threats to commercial shipping, because you would have to launch an amphibious assault on a big patch of Iranian coastline and clear it of hostiles.  But on the other hand, it would be much easier to take Kharg Island because a) it is much smaller and b) Iran doesn't want its oil transhipment facilities harmed because they account for something like 80% of Iran's income.  So the idea is to seize the facilities and turn off the oil spigot but not destroy them.  That immediately brings Iran's economy to a screeching halt. Reopening them under terms favorable to the US and Israel then becomes a bargaining point.  Like changing the regime to one that is less hostile to the West, for example.  I suspect that that Marine Expeditionary Unit and the Amphibious Assault ship departing from Japan right now are headed for Kharg Island.

Thats not an official IDF patch.  The Greater Israel thing is nothing new, not a majority opinion, and mostly pointed out for anti State of Israel propaganda... like  screenshots with a false context applied. 

What an IDF soldier puts on their combat fatigues in no different than any other morale item.  We do that too.

What the term Greater Israel and the vision mean to Netanyahu, personally, is debatable because it's unknown 

I'm certain if it means 'expansion', that's something he would never share publicly 
He received criticism for briefly touching on it in this interview 
I can't imagine the push back he'd receive for revealing a detailed plan

The discussion is about the Israeli government, more specifically, its leader 

The Israeli government doesn't amount  to "all Jews" 

That's like saying you're racist against all Mexicans when you discuss corruption of the Mexican government
