I guess if you did do Bitchute or Rumble, they aren't censored. So you might have to develop ways to verify whether it is fake news or not. You might be hauled of to prison for doing that in your country. Good boy. Just read approved News Sources like BBC. LOL

Criminalising the BBC for being wrong is authoritarian, not justice.
And if "fake information" sent people to prison.
I think you may find it's your prosecutors and judges, not journalists, who would be held responsible.
Good luck proving defamation under actual U.S. law.
Trump isn't going for criminal prosecution. BBC claims they made a mistake? They purposely altered the video to slander Trump.
Quote:Settled Media Lawsuits: Trump has secured multi-million dollar settlements in recent defamation cases, with the funds often allocated to his future presidential library.- Paramount/CBS: Settled in July 2025 for $16 million over an edited Kamala Harris interview on 60 Minutes.
- ABC News: Settled in December 2024 for $15 million over anchor George Stephanopoulos's inaccurate description of a court verdict in the E. Jean Carroll case.
Quote:Defamation Lawsuits Against Media Outlets: As of December 2025, Trump has filed several high-value defamation lawsuits against major news organizations.- BBC: Trump is suing the British Broadcasting Corporation for $10 billion, alleging defamation and unfair trade practices over a 2024 "Panorama" documentary that he claims deceptively edited his Jan. 6, 2021 speech. The BBC has stated it will vigorously defend the case.
- The Wall Street Journal / Rupert Murdoch: Trump filed a $10 billion lawsuit in July 2025 over a report that he sent a "bawdy" letter for Jeffrey Epstein's 50th birthday.
- The New York Times: He is suing the Times for $15 billion over articles and a book published shortly before the 2024 election, though an initial filing was dismissed by a judge as "improper" and an amended complaint was filed in October 2025.

Again, mistakes don't constitute defamation alone, that's just your law.
Try reading them.

It's also a reason to counter-sue/counterclaim, is it not?
I recommend seeking about £10 billion in damages.

BitChute itself isn't a reliable source of factual information, just a ""fact"".
It has little to no moderation, no editorial standards, and no built-in fact-checking.
It is known for hosting misinformation, conspiracy content, and ideologically driven material.
And Rumble is a video-hosting site along similar lines.
Well known for failing to enforce any sort of accuracy standards and full of opinion, speculation, and misinformation.
You are apt to gather just as much credible information from some fella down the pub if we are honest.
Whats next, Knows "Beforeitsnews.com"?

FAFO springs to mind....
Now he's suing the BBC for 5 Billion.
Doubt he'll get another State visit invite....
I'm just certain he is heartbroken over that too. The UK has gone full reta** so it's the other way around on social or state invites. FAFO is UK leadership right now. The BBC is the same as 99% of all the other mainstream news, they are all a part of a global network of liars.
