How's it going? Any change in the situation since February?

As predicted by myself and many others.
Trump is under the impression that our adversaries like him. One would think that by now he should realize they think him to be weak and his obsession with wanting to be liked by them is a weakness he is showing.

It's over.

The Kremlin has given its response to the US peace initiative: give up Donbas, no NATO and no Western troops on the ground in Ukraine. And certainly no ceasefire.

In fact, Russia hasn't budged an inch from its position pre-Anchorage. No summit with Zelenskyy. No trilateral summit with Trump. They're open to nothing except continuing, time-wasting low-level talks of the kind that have already been held, without result, several times before.

And how has the Great Peacemaker reacted? By bailing. He's given up!

He's tired of all this diplomacy, all the hard work it takes to get two warring parties to sit down together at a negotiating table, all those annoying interruptions to his golf schedule. He's given up hope of a Nobel Peace Prize and nobody has forgotten his Epstein cover-up, so why continue?

Been saying this would happen since this thread started...in fact I was saying it since day 1 in the ATS thread. A lot here will lose their minds and call you every thing in the book and call any factual info contrary putin propaganda...its pointless to even engage them.

You don't even have to like Russia to see where this was going. And have they had to give an inch yet for any reason...and does Europe still fund them via fossile fuels? Ok then....

Wow, in a post just now on Truth Social, U.S. President Donald J. Trump says that after getting to know and understand the military and economic situation between Ukraine and Russia, and the economic trouble being imposed on Russia, “I think Ukraine, with the support of the European Union, is in a position to fight and WIN all of Ukraine back in its original form. With time, patience, and the financial support of Europe, and, in particular, NATO, the original Borders from where this War started, is very much an option.” President Trump then states that the war is making Russia look like a “paper tiger” before adding, “most of their money is being spent on fighting Ukraine, which has Great Spirit, and only getting better, Ukraine would be able to take back their Country in its original form and, who knows, maybe even go further than that!” Ending the post by stating that, “We will continue to supply weapons to NATO for NATO to do what they want with them. Also hes on record saying he will never negotiate (give up anything).
