Hope they end this war.
Me too, but it isn't happening, and it feels like a major escalation by Russia's huge drone attack, more psychological warfare. Again, neither side is ready for peace talks, Russia's position is physically cemented in as is thier mental attitude, they are we will break you mold
Bastards, it's not about territory, it's about sending a message. Send a message back, drop the talks immediately, and put in more sanctions. Russia lost almost a million troops and 36,000 UAVs and still mounts a massive drone attack.
There will be so much bad blood in the region, rightfully so, but there are only 2 options for Ukraine: continue fighting and likely lose more territory and have to sue for peace talks later, OR
Disengage, suck up the shit terms, regroup, and get ready for the looming next war in 4-5 years, if not sooner. Russia won't stop now; it would be much better to regroup and fight another day. With a stronger NATO and a stronger America, unless we want to go to WWIII right here and now. I know militarily, America and NATO could crush them, but we can't have ICBMs launching with nuclear-tipped missiles
Feels like last chance for peace talks, feels like we are inching closer to the PONR diplomatically, they must continue to try, but it's time to prepare for other strategies.
Russia will want to take advantage of summer, and Ukraine will just struggle to hold on in the war's current configuration. Are we ready to go all in? I know fully engaged the US /NATO/UKRAINE wins, but at what cost? Even if Putin doesn't esculate outside the current battlefield he will pound the shit out of Ukraine.
