Trump is in talks with Russia to end the war

I was among the first people to argue for dispatching sufficient military assistance to ensure Russia's defeat in Ukraine. However, that was based on the U.S. and the international community enacting a Lend-Lease-style program. Such a program would have benefited local manufacturing and sped up the end of the war in Ukraine.

The awful truth is since the U.S. and the international community can't match Russia's modest industrial output/logistical support for their war in Ukraine, China is laughing from the sidelines.

Did Americans vote for the US to suck up to Putin and become bestest buddies?

To be fair to Americans, Trump never did explain in detail any of his plans or concepts of a plan to what his intentions were for stopping this war on Day 1. So they were and some still are in the dark as to what Trump and Elon are up to, but it all boils down to not asking them the hard questions before they voted.

I hope I am wrong but from reading the news it seems like Trump's only plan is to use his respect cache with Putin to convince him to lay off, in exchange for keeping the eastern oblasts. Also remainder of plan is 'have bigger balls' and use aid as leverage.  Very simple ego stuff.

There are many moving parts to this war, such as Syria closing an important port to the Russians, U.K. B-52 bombers deployed to Europe, France and U.K. working on 'reassurance force' presence, all world leaders blasting Trump for his position, and now Russia could concede the $300 Billion held by EU central banks to Ukraine for war settlement (what does this mean? that Ukraine gives 20% of their land to Russia without any security agreements that Russia won't invade again?). Just to name a few.

Russia previously broke it's agreement not to invade Ukraine so who in their right mind can trust them?

An interesting article appeared in this morning's news feed that might shine some light on what Trump and Putin are up to:

"Former Intelligence Officer Claims KGB Recruited Trump"

"A former Soviet intelligence officer has alleged that Donald Trump was recruited by the KGB in 1987 and given the codename “Krasnov.”
Alnur Mussayev, 71, a former Kazakh intelligence chief, made the explosive claim in a Facebook post on Thursday. He claimed that he served in the 6th Directorate of the KGB in Moscow, which was responsible for counter-intelligence support within the economy. One of its key objectives, he claimed, was “recruiting businessmen from capitalist countries.”

Mussayev wrote that in 1987 “our directorate recruited Donald Trump, a 40-year-old American businessman, under the pseudonym Krasnov.”

That would be "President Krasnov", now.

Smells like '40 top former intel chiefs say/swear in a letter'......
Corrupt globalists are running scared.
And EU 'assurances of continuing security for Ukraine' just smell like not wanting the graft to end.
But hey? Maybe it's right. I just highly highly doubt it. Just like the 'intel chiefs' and the impeachments.... lol

Oh this is fun.

Here is wikipedia on Pyotr Krasnov: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyotr_Krasnov
And the Daily Beast has picked it up: Former Intelligence Officer Claims KGB Recruited Trump
And the original facebook post: https://www.facebook.com/alnurKZ/posts/p...ostXQKsnYl

Well I think we may have an explanation for everything!

I am just kidding. I believe nothing. Perhaps Trump is a hologram.
