I am just sick of people 'simping' for Ukraine and pretending like its not a shit hole full of thugs just as bad as Russia.  And I have been to Ukraine, I know it's a shithole.  This was about 2004 or so. Im sure it hasnt improved much.  I was always warned not to use ATMs or cards at gas pumps due to skimmers .
The plus side was I got bootleg Nirvana CDs and bootleg computer games.

Her family was wary of organized crime in Romania and compared it to Russian and Ukrainian in its depth and how much it influences governments.

Did Zelensky entering office magically clean it up?
Also, when a new President takes office does that automatically replace the cabinet or parliament?
