People keep going back to the 'America leads the world' thing.
But that doesn't change the fact that Americans don't care what foreigners think of America.
Much as people in England don't care what foreigners think of England.
That's just the way it is.
Foreigners can have opinions for sure.   
But citizens of those countries really don't care.   IMHO.
And I mean that for everyone everywhere, not just Americans. 
That's been my experience.

Well as you pointed out earlier that resorting to instantly calling someone a Nazi is pretty much waving a white flag, calling 'foreigner' to a retort is pretty much the same.

America in it's fight to bring democracy and capitalism to the free world became the world police, and leader of the free world. the US dropped a very big bomb to take that position. It happened and there's not much anyone can do about it without causing WW3.
Both sides feel they have a vest interest in the other, and what happens in one tends to trickle down to the other in some form.

Nah.   I"m saying that Americans don't care about the opinion of foreigners about our own country.  Just as foreigners don't care about the opinion of us in regards to their country.   You just saw it here a few pages ago when someone from England said 'fuck off' to Trump/Vance and their opinion about England.    No one really cares about the opinion of people outside their country about their own country.    They just don't.   It's not just Americans with that attitude.

But I do think sending the Guard into DC was necessary.
I told the story earlier in this thread.
We used to go there all the time.  We live 2 hours north.
Spent a lot of time there.  It was fine.  But then it changed.
Trash everywhere.  Criminals everywhere.   Homeless everywhere. 
Lots of places boarded up.    
It wasn't safe.   We stayed away.   The troops going to DC were necessary.
DC couldn't keep up with the crime and the problems.

How are you guys communicating to coordinate this effort? I'll stay tuned for the poll of all polls and I am watching both sides although in my opinion I dont like the ANNEE channel very often but im a pretty big fan of the andy channel he's kinder in his display of his side and it makes it easier to consider than it does, say, Carp's side who seems to constantly stab wildly the US leadership in their metaphorical faces. I'd say take a page from Andy and be calm about it and people would see your side more often. Hard to see through a sky of daggers doesnt it? Lol it is kinda fun to watch though

We can all argue about the reasons, justified or not.

Regardless, illegal aliens are getting arrested and deported.

And that's a good thing.

Unless you wanted rapists, murders set free and roaming our country.  And some do want that.
