Trump Neurosis Thread

You just did!

I obviously was just using that as an example.

I have never gotten on this, or any other forum, and butted into UK politics telling the British that their royals suck, that their system is stupid, and they are nutz for paying taxes to support elite ninnies.  I have never said any of that nor have I told them that they had to change their system, to their own detriment, so that it is better for Americans.

Yet that is exactly what foreigners are doing with American politics ... telling us that our elected leadership and their appointed officials suck because they are doing things that are good for America but that aren't good for the UK or Europe or where ever that foreigner is from.

I suppose it's internal politics is one thing, but it's politics extends to and has an effect on us foreigners.

That's why it's called "Foreign policy ".

Elon Musk, being an appointed and sworn in official of the US government, making a list of waste fraud and abuse cuts to government spending that he recommends, and giving it to the POTUS whom he reports to ... is not 'foreign policy'.   It's just America trying to balance it's own budget.

Yes, that's why I made the distinction about internal politics.

But I can still have an opinion.

Like Vance apparently has about Europe's democracies, which he rather stridently voiced in Munich.

Which went down like a cup of cold sick over here.

As for Musk, he clearly has the President's ear, so there is that.

BBC News - Is Trump reining in Musk after a cabinet showdown with secretaries?
https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cpwd1722yr2o

Slow news day in merry old England, huh?

The Brits' in the UK obsession with Trump is hilarious, are the Brits still the majority in the UK's burgeoning caliphate?

You are hanging your hopes on this. Trump has already addressed this, so it's no big deal. Rubio and Musk are big boys. There are going to be disagreements when a government implements long-overdue cost-cutting and workforce reduction, and the same thing happened with the Transportation Secretary.

As Trump reiterated Musk is there as an advisor, any Department head has the final say if and who gets released, period.

FWIW it's a common tactic in corporate America CEO hires a consultant and their interactions with department heads are contentious by design, it supposedly keeps everybody on thier toes.

No doubt this would disturb the delicate emotional sensitivities in the UK, but in America, this is a normal workday event.

VP Vance stated his opinion about Europes democracies ... and no one there cared to hear it.

Same with foreigners giving their opinions about Donald Trump ... we just don't give a rats backend what they say.

(except the woke ninnies ... they love that someone actually agrees with their insanity)

Trump is going to do what is best for America instead of what's best for foreign countries ... and foreigners hate that their gravy train is ending.  So they stomp their feet.   I suppose it's amusing.

It's not an "obsession", more like a "concern".

There is no "Caliphate" here.

If you want to try to wind up Brits, you ain't cutting it.

Well, you got that right.

Good luck with US isolationism.

Next time you want our service men and women to fight, die or get maimed for the likes of your War on Terror.......

Nothing but concerns here for the UK from the American perspective as well, hell Carpy we've texted about this before, if we are "cousins" this is how cousins are in the US, going back and forth semi-good-naturedly. LOL we aren't in a long-distance relationship

Hell, my cousins are like brothers and sisters to me every one of them. even those we have lost. In that vein seriously if you say none of the below doesn't concern a majority of the British, I accept your answer as your sincere thoughts on the matter.

Wasnt there a prayer to Mecca at Buckingham just the other day?

Much like the Musk/Rubio spat peak your interest, the stories below peak mine. To get back on topic ask yourself if you were the leader of a huge country and and you saw your longest and most valued ally's country get through such a metamorphosis wouldn't you be a bit concerned?

After all, you are concerned with the US when a solid 50% approve of Trump's "work ethic" so far.

I have no clue how many Brits approve of Starmer, LOL and we certainly won't know if you disagree with him.

Think about it: It's so good in the UK; they have the manpower to monitor and enforce Social Media Operations. That seems to be the suggestion, while conversely, America isn't OK. This is why Trump was elected. Seriously, will it work? WTFK? But just a few months ago, 52% thought he was supremely the better option.

'The free event was organised by the Ramadan Tent Project (RTP), a UK charity, with support from the Royal Collection Trust.'

Yes, he is a bit too "inclusive".

He will be at Durham Cathedral to celebrate Easter.

Not sure if he was actually attending?

When are those photos from?

"I have no clue how many Brits approve of Starmer, LOL and we certainly won't know if you disagree with him."

Nonsense. Why on Earth wouldn't we?

Here:

Do you really think we are not allowed to disagree with him?

He was the worst head of the CPS. His handling of the economy is disgraceful.

There. Do you think I'll get a knock on the door for that?

Really?!!!!
